Colorado Chiropractic FAQ
Q: What is the "No-Lecture" policy at Colorado Chiropractic Clinic?
A: Our "No-Lecture" policy means we respect your time and your autonomy. Whether you haven't seen us in two months or two years, we will never lecture you about the frequency of your visits. We are here to provide care when you need it, based on your own health goals and schedule.
Q: Is Colorado Chiropractic a high-pressure clinic?
A: No. We have built our reputation on being the kind of clinic you'd actually tell your friends about. We are a low-pressure clinic and don't rely on sales or scare tactics. Rather than try to lock patients into unnecessarily long or expensive treatment plans, we believe if we take care of people quickly and honestly, the business takes care of itself.
Q: What can I expect during my first 30–60 minute visit?
A: Your first visit includes a consultation with Dr. Jordan or Dr. Josh to discuss your health history, followed by a comprehensive chiropractic exam. Unlike many offices, we usually provide your first adjustment on the same day, provided the doctor determines it is safe and appropriate for your case.
Q: What chiropractic techniques do Dr. Jordan and Dr. Josh use?
A: We offer a range of advanced techniques tailored to your comfort level, including traditional Palmer-style manual adjusting and light-force instrument adjusting (such as the Activator or ArthroStim). We also utilize specialized methods like Gonstead, Flexion-Distraction, and Activator techniques.
Q: Do you offer massage therapy alongside chiropractic care?
A: Yes. We have two experienced on-site massage therapists during hours we are open. Massage therapy can be complementary to your chiropractic adjustments. Our tailored massage plans help reduce muscle tightness, increase circulation, and reduce swelling.
Q: Do you perform Dry Needling at your office?
A: Yes. Both Dr. Jordan and Dr. Josh are certified in Functional Dry Needling. We use it as a targeted tool to release muscle trigger points and chronic tension. It’s a highly effective way to "reset" the nervous system and accelerate recovery, and we often use it to complement our chiropractic adjustments for faster, longer-lasting relief.
Q: Can a chiropractor help with auto accident injuries in Englewood?
A: Absolutely. We specialize in treating the physical impacts of auto accidents, such as whiplash and postural issues. We accept Personal Injury (Auto) claims and work closely with patients to document their recovery.
Q: Does Colorado Chiropractic Clinic hide its prices?
A: No. Transparency is one of our core values. We provide upfront information about the cost of treatment during your initial visit so there are never any surprises. We believe that honest pricing is essential to building trust. Call us at 303-795-3668 with your insurance card or to find out what our specials are for those that with to pay at the time of service.
Q: Do you accept in-network insurance providers at your clinic? Which ones?
A: We are participating providers for many major plans, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield (BCBS), United Healthcare (UHC), Cigna, Medicare, AARP Medicare Complete, and Humana. Our staff will verify your benefits for you at no charge.
Q: Do I need a doctor’s referral to see a chiropractor at your office?
A: In almost all cases, no referral is necessary. Because we are primary-contact healthcare providers, most patients can schedule an appointment directly with us without needing to see their general practitioner first.
Q: Do you treat children?
A: Yes. Chiropractic care is beneficial across all ages. From helping kids with wellness checks to assisting active teenagers with sports-related injuries, Dr. Jordan and Dr. Josh provide gentle, age-appropriate care for the whole family.
