What to Expect

The Colorado Chiropractic Difference

If you've heard about us from a friend, or come across website by finding our reviews, you've probably heard a difference in how we operate. We don't try and convince people to sign up for unnecessarily long treatment plans, and we also don't run people in and out like factory. We have many different types of people that come to us for their chiropractic care, and the type of care they receive is a collaboration between them and the doctor. Whether you're coming in because you've hurt your back for the first time, or you've had chiropractic maintenance care in the past and are looking for a caring doctor that listens, we will welcome you in to our practice.

We generally see 3 types of patient seeking different types of care, and we welcome each one. At times, people can start in one type and move to another.

Type 1: Relief Care

If you are in pain when you come into our Englewood chiropractic office, our first objective is to help you reduce pain and start feeling better as soon as possible. If you feel better and are ready to go back to regular activities, you won't receive any pressure to keep coming in.

Type 2: Restorative Care

Under more regular chiropractic care, muscles and other tissues are allowed to heal more completely, which helps prevent further injury or pain. The goal of corrective or restorative chiropractic care is to help bring your body back as close to 100% function as possible.

Type 3: Wellness Care

Once your body has fully healed and you are no longer experiencing back pain or other pain symptoms, many people choose to come in for periodic chiropractic adjustments to avoid further problems in the future. Usually, this phase of chiropractic care can be spread out with fewer visits to your chiropractor, based on your lifestyle and goals. Also known as "maintenance care."

Whatever type of care you prefer, you're welcome at our clinic!

Testimonial

Review By Our Satisfied Patient

  • "Wonderful experience and results. Doctor Mayer has helped me a lot with pain management and has kept me moving, charging me only when services are necessary. Nobody does that for you in today's day and age. Thank you for always fitting me into your schedule :)"
